DELIVERY IS FREE*

Payment Authorisation can take up to 24hrs from the time you place your order, all payments must be Authorised by the card issuing bank before your order will be dispatched for delivery.


UK & NORTHERN IRELAND
All deliveries in the
UK and Northern Ireland are free. We use one of the UK's largest next day courier services, Initial City Link who can deliver anywhere in the UK next day. Once your order has been confirmed and payment authorisation has been given by your card issuing bank we will give you a unique tracking number whereby you can track your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Times for UK & Ireland Customers

We aim to process your order quickly and efficiently to ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally the next working day, Delivery times can vary any time between 8am and 5:30pm. However most deliveries are delivered by lunchtime.

We can offer a timed delivery service e.g. before 10am before 12am etc at an additional cost.

Meeting The Courier Company

If you are going to take a day off work or arrange for someone to be home to collect your delivery please contact us to confirm the day on which your order will be delivered. This will ensure that you are not waiting for a delivery which is not scheduled for that particular day.

What To Do When The Courier Arrives

All alloy wheels are inspected before they leave our warehouse to ensure that they are in perfect condition, it is up to you, the customer to check the goods before signing them as "received in good condition" from the courier company delivering your order. Once you sign for these goods as "received in good condition" no claims for damages in transit can be made.

How Do I Arrange For Goods To Be Returned ?

If you have to return goods for any reason please contact us first. You will be issues a returns number. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted for return, without a returns number. This will be issued by our sales team. Our policy for returning goods involves a handling fee ,to put the goods back into our stock. The handling fee is set at 15% of the order value.

How To Package Goods For Return

If you have been issued with a returns number it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packages in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

Air Freight (Airport to Airport): This is Our Standard Service

Once your order has been completed and payment has been authorised our sales team will email you an Airway Bill / Tracking Number where you will be able to track your goods online. If you have not paid extra for a Door to Door service with a delivery company such as: TNT, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc your order will be shipped to your nearest international airport, as such when the shipment arrives an agent for the airline will contact you to arrange collection of the goods. At this stage you can ask the agent for the price delivered to your home or work address (this would be a contract between you and the agent). The Air Freight option is the most economical option. If you are in any doubts please feel free to contact our sales team.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

To find out the cost of delivery you first need to add the products which you are interested in, to the shopping basket. At the checkout stage you will be asked for which country you want the goods shipped to. When you select your country, the delivery price will be displayed.

If you have your own account with FedEx, TNT or UPS we can ship the goods on your account, please contact our sales team to arrange this.

Import Tax’s & Duties

You the customer are liable for any import tax's and duties which your government and or customs imposes when you purchase products from Performance Alloys.com® which are delivered outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of these taxes and or duties, please contact your local customs agency in your respective country before ordering goods. Performance Alloys.com® takes no responsibility whatsoever for these charges.

Payment

We accept two methods of payment:

  1. Credit Cards: (Goods can ONLY be delivered to the credit card billing address)
  2. Bank Transfer: (Goods can be delivered to any address)

A credit card charge of 2.5% will be applied for Visa and MasterCard credit cards at the checkout; there is no charge for Switch, Solo or Delta cards. All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, if your credit card is billed in another currency; the amount charged will be in GBP British Pounds Sterling, your credit card company will convert this amount into your local currency.

Due to the nature of currency rate fluctuations and fees which credit card companies charge, the finial billed amount may differ by as much as 4%. By purchasing from us you are accepting these conditions as Performance Alloys.com is not in anyway liable for the exchange rates and charges applied by your credit card company. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

Import Tax´s & Duties

You are liable for any import tax's and duties which your  government and or customs imposes if you are purchasing products from us which are delivered outside the United Kingdom.
